We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 pet fee (non-refundable) for the first pet, and $100 for the second. Pet rent is $15 per month. There is a weight limit of 75 pounds per pet and some breed restrictions apply. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information. Must register through PetScreening.com, regardless of type of pet.
