In addition to painting and cleaning the carpet, Maintenance will complete a detailed make ready checklist to ensure your new home is move in ready!
You do not have to be present for maintenance to enter your apartment. As long as you give them permission to enter, they can complete any repairs without you being home. All that we ask is if you have any pets to please make sure they are in a secure location.
We do have on-site maintenance as well as 24-hr emergency maintenance.
You have 2 options: You can either enter a service request through your online resident portal or you can simply give the office a call and we can enter it for you.
If you happen to be locked out during business hours, you're welcome to stop by the office to show your ID and verify that you are a lease holder and we can let you in. However, due to the security of our residents, we do not offer after hours lockout service.
Parking is available first come, first serve, however, for reserved parking, we have garages available for $175 a month.
In addition to being in a great location, our property will have a variety of amenities including: Beach entry resort style saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, Outdoor kitchens, doggie park, Car Care Center and Monthly resident activities!
Our pool will be open between the hours of 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.
Yes, we are a pet friendly community! We do have a restricted breed list that consists of German Shepards, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers and Chows. We have a limit of 2 pets per apartment and our pet fees include $400 for the first pet and $450 for the second. We also charge $15 a month per pet. Singular pet 75lbs or more as well as pets with a combined weight of 80lbs or more are restricted to the first floor. Each dog must be registered with Poo Prints DNA.
Each of our beautiful homes will include a stainless steel Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Refrigerator. Each home will also include a washer and dryer.
We use a screening service to process all rental applications. Most rental applications are processed within 48 hours.
You have a couple options: you can either pay online via checking account or debit/credit card for a small fee or you can bring in a personal check, money order or casheirs check. Any rent that is paid late HAS to be certified funds (i.e. Cashiers check, Money Order)
At the Haven at Rivergate, we require each resident , for their protection, to maintain a low cost renters insurance policy throughout their lease agreement and an updated policy upon renewal of the lease.
Yes. If you would like to terminate your lease, we will need a 60-day written notice as well as one months rent and any paid concessions.
The only utility that needs to be set up is your power which will be billed through Duke Energy. To set this up, you can call Duke Energy directly at 800-777-9898. (All of this information will be on your welcome letter which you will receive before you move in)
There are no utilities included in the rent. Water will be submetered and added to your account each month so you can pay it with your rent but it is not included. Along with water, you will be responsible for electricity and cable/internet if interested.
Yes the Haven at Rivergate is on the bus line with the nearest busstop in walking distance.
